Terms and conditions

Reservation and contract

Any order placed on the website www.leloupblanc-camping.fr constitutes the formation of a contract concluded remotely between the customer and the campsite.

An option on a reservation is possible; it is valid for 7 days.

The booking is considered final after payment of the deposit and acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions and the campsite rules available on the website.

The booking is non-transferable and may not be sublet or transferred to a third party. In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the customer, the signed contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will be retained by the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to any person not named on the signed booking contract.

The tenant must have civil liability insurance, as the campsite cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of any kind during or after the stay.

Payment and services

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

For accommodation rentals (mobile homes, chalets, tent lodges, hiking tents), the balance of the stay will be requested 30 days before the start of the stay.

If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the booking will be required at the time of booking.

For stays on bare pitches at the campsite, the balance will be requested on site at the campsite, at the latest on the day before departure at the end of the stay.

Case of accommodation rentals :

  • The price includes accommodation and water, gas and electricity consumption. For mobile homes and chalets, it also includes bed linen.
  • If the inventory is not satisfactory, a deduction may be made from this deposit, for example £50 if the rental property is not left in a clean condition (i.e. rubbish bins emptied and visually clean, dishes clean and put away, fridge empty and free of visible food waste, shower visually clean, floor clean – swept and washed).
  • Arrivals are from 5pm and departures before 10am. In low season, more flexibility may be granted for arrivals before 5pm and later departures..

Case of bare site rentals:

  • The price includes unrestricted use of the sanitary facilities without any additional charges.
  • Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is before 12 noon. During low and mid season, we offer greater flexibility where possible.

For insurance purposes, the rental is rented for the number of people indicated on the booking details. Unless otherwise agreed by the campsite management, the number of people on the pitch may not exceed the number specified in the price description.
Infants must be included in the number of occupants of the rental or pitch.
Pets are allowed, including in the accommodation, under the responsibility of their owners and subject to the corresponding daily charges.
The campsite accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, cheques and holiday vouchers, or cash.
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the community of communes, is not included in the rates. The amount is determined per person per day and varies depending on the destination. It is payable when you pay for your stay and is shown separately on the invoice.

Delays

You must notify us of any delays. The reservation will be held for 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. After this time, it will be considered cancelled. The campsite reserves the right to dispose of the pitch or rental if it has not heard from you 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date.

Late arrival or early departure will not give rise to a partial refund.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be notified to us in writing on a durable medium (by email, registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.).

  • If your email/letter is received 31 days or more before your arrival, the amount paid to make your booking (deposit, booking fees) will be retained by the campsite.
  • If your letter is received less than 31 days before your arrival date, the full amount paid to the campsite (deposit and balance received) will be retained by the campsite.

To obtain compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption insurance when making your booking.

The cost of this insurance is 4% of the total cost of your stay. This insurance is offered to you when you confirm your booking and can even be added within 72 hours of confirmation.
