Internal regulations

Preamble

Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these rules and regulations and an undertaking to comply with them.

Police formalities

Anyone staying at least one night at the campsite must first present their identity documents and complete the police formalities. Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not admitted.

Installation

Vehicles, tents, caravans, vans or motorhomes and related equipment must be set up in the designated area, in accordance with the instructions given by the campsite staff. Campers’ vehicles must not be parked in such a way as to obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from setting up.

Extension leads for electrical connections are not provided.

The speed limit for cars travelling to their pitches is 10 km/h.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed on the campsite and are the responsibility of the campers who receive them. However, their cars are not allowed on the campsite. They must be parked in the visitor car park at the entrance to the campsite on Rue de l’Océan.

Campsite opening hours

In July and August, the campsite reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. In low season, these hours are more limited. The opening hours are always displayed at reception. Outside these hours, the managers can be contacted on 07 70 28 85 74 or 06 72 74 19 64.

After 11pm, motor vehicles are not allowed on the campsite and traffic is prohibited in order to ensure peace and quiet for everyone. Similarly, after 11pm, campers must be mindful of noise.

Campers arriving later (after 11 p.m.) are asked to leave their vehicles in the visitor car park at the entrance to the campsite, which remains open at night. Please note that this car park is monitored during the day but is not guarded at night.

Animals

Dogs and pets are allowed but must be declared either at the time of booking or on arrival at the latest. You must provide us with the animal’s health certificate, which must show that it has been vaccinated.

Dogs must be kept on a leash outside their pitch and must never be left alone on the campsite or in the rental accommodation. Dog fouling must be picked up.

Respect for the facilities and the environment

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities.

Smoking is not permitted in the rental accommodation.

Washing vehicles, caravans or tents with large amounts of water is not permitted on the campsite. Except in the rental accommodation, dishes and small items of laundry must be washed in the bins provided for this purpose in the sanitary blocks. Washing machines are also available to campers for a fee.

Plants must be respected. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees or cut branches.

It is not permitted to mark out the boundaries of a pitch with personal items or to dig into the ground. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the ground or the campsite facilities will be charged to the person responsible.

Safety

It is strictly forbidden to light fires directly on the ground. Barbecues may be used under the sole and entire responsibility of the users. In case of emergency, fire extinguishers are available to all (see the campsite map for their location).

Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the campsite. Everyone is asked to take the usual precautions to safeguard their personal belongings.

Games

No violent or disruptive games may be organised near the pitches or facilities. Ball games or other group games requiring space must take place in the field at the entrance to the campsite, marked ‘ball games area’ on the campsite map.

Fixed children’s games are used under the sole responsibility of parents or accompanying adults.

Breach of the rules

In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the rules and after the camper has been given formal notice to comply, the campsite management may terminate the camper’s contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the campsite management may call the police.
