Private rental accommodation or camping pitches

BOOKINGS AND CONTRACTS

All internet bookings (www.leloupblanc-camping.fr) confirmed by the camping site constitute a contract between the client and camping site.

We accept options on a booking for 7 days.

The booking is considered final after the client has accepted the contract with the present general conditions and the internal regulations available on the internet site.

The signed contract must come with a deposit (see details below “Payment and Services”).

The booking is non-transferable. Sub-rental or passing to a third party is forbidden. An incorrect declaration automatically leads to cancellation of the booking and any payments will remain with the camping site. The site has the right to refuse access to anyone not on the signed booking.

Clients must be insured for civil liability. The camping site cannot be held liable for theft, loss or damage of any sort during or after their stay.

PAYMENT AND SERVICES

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay should be made with the booking.

Unless the site management authorizes an exception, the balance must be paid at least 30 days before the stay begins, otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled and the deposit withheld.

Late bookings (less than 30 days before the stay) or bookings of less than 200 Euros require total payment at the time of the booking.

In the high season (mid-July to mid-August), children (between the ages of 6 and 12) have access to the Loup Blanc Junior Club.

Rentals (mobile home or chalet):

  • the price covers the accommodation and consumption of water, gas and electricity
  • A guarantee of 250 Euros will be paid on arrival. This will be returned if the site inspection is satisfactory.
  • Arrivals should be made after 16h and departures before 10h. In the off season or for short stays, earlier arrivals or later departures can be accepted.

For insurance reasons, rentals are limited to the number of people on the booking contract. Unless the site management grants an exception, the number of people occupying the pitch or rental cannot exceed the number on the price list.

Young children must be counted in the number occupying the rental or pitch.

Pets are accepted under their owners’ responsibility and payment of the corresponding daily rates.

The site accepts payments by Visa or MasterCard, cheques or in cash.

Tourist tax, collected for the local authorities, is not included in the rates. It is calculated per person and per day and varies according to the destination. It must be paid when paying for the stay and is clearly marked on the bill.

Campers must pay their bills the day before they leave.

DELAYS

Please inform us of any late arrival. The booking holds for 24 hours after the planned arrival. After this it will be considered cancelled. The site is entitled to dispose of the pitch or rental if we do not hear from you within 24 hours after your planned arrival.

A late arrival or early departure will not involve any partial refund.

CANCELLATION

Excepting force majeure (requiring justification), refunds of deposits and stays already paid for are as follows:

Refund of deposit

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the stay: full refund
  • Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the stay: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the stay: no refund.

Refund of a fully-paid stay

When a cancellation is made within 30 days of the stay, there is no refund even though this has been fully paid.

Administrative closure of the camping site – pandemic

In the event of total or partial closure of the site by the public authorities during the booking dates, advance payments by the client will be fully refunded within 30 days.

The site cannot make any further compensation.

Any disputes will be referred to the Quimper Court.

PHOTOGRAPHS

In accepting the camping site general regulations, the client agrees also – at no cost – to be photographed or filmed during the stay. These are distant shots not allowing facial recognition. Otherwise, especially pictures taken of children during the play sessions, specific permission will be asked from the clients. The aim is to use these photographs or video films to promote the camping site, nationally and internationally, on its Web site or in its brochures.
